1945 Parr y starts the design, development and manufacturing of magnetic ballasts.

1950 PARMAR becomes an established trademark.

1960 Encapsulated canned ballasts were created.

1970 Open-framed impregnated ballasts were introduced.

1980 Parr y began designing and manufacturing ignitors.

1985 Venture Lighting became an established player in the USA , introducing uniform technology.

1990 Venture design and manufacture electronic fluorescent ballasts.

1995 The European range of Metal Halides are introduced, including White-Lux.

2000 Venture are fully established in UK with a portfolio of lamps and ballasts.

2005 India factories are fully operational.

2010 Venture design and manufacture a high frequency electronic HID ballast.

2013 Venture introduce twin arc sustainability lamps.

2015 Venture design and manufacture LED luminaires.

2019 - 2020 Venture introduce Human Centric Lighting and Smart Controls into their LED luminaires.
