FACILITIES Our 9300m 2 production site includes manufacturing and warehousing facilities and additional marshalling and storage areas, ideal for major projects. Unitrunk Group resources and facilities include Vantrunk’s 10,000m² purpose-built production facility in Warrington, England. Both sites are equipped with state of the art industrial production and processing technology. A strong, yet flexible, solution designed to meet the demands of the power, data and systems cabling installed in modern buildings. EasyConnect ® Cable Basket system adheres to Unitrunk’s RIS (Rapid Installation Systems) philosophy, the integral coupler simply pushes together to form a secure joint, no additional couplers or special tools are required.

A SUSTAINABLE FOCUS FOR THE FUTURE
Sustainability has been a key element to innovation and design at Unitrunk from the beginning. Recently, we have taken a number of steps to further enhance our sustainable approach to business with the overall ambition to operate NetZero manufacturing facilities by 2030. The installation of solar panels at our Lisburn manufacturing site produces over 100kWh/day on average annually. Energy harvested by the panels provides
enough power to operate our entire office and manufacturing facilities throughout the year, all while reducing our company’s carbon emissions and contributing to a cleaner environment. We will be installing solar panels across our entire depot network near year which will bring them to 70% to getting off-grid.
We have made the switch to energy efficient LED lighting throughout all office and factory buildings, at both our manufacturing sites and throughout our branch network, in a continued effort to consume less energy throughout the business as a whole.

We’re delighted to have transitioned to a fleet of hybrid and fully electric vehicles for our sales team operating throughout the UK and Ireland. We have installed EV points at all Unitrunk Group locations for added convenience for our staff and customers.

Flat Elbows (FE) are designed to create fixed angular coplanar connections between horizontal cable runs (cable ladder installed in horizontal plane) and between vertical cable runs (cable ladder installed in vertical plane). FLAT ELBOWS SECTION 01: QUICKFIX TRUNKING SYSTEMS Introducing QuickFix, the innovative trunking range designed by Unitrunk to save you time onsite, thanks to its quick and easy to install design. Installations can be completed up to 6X FASTER when compared to traditional trunking systems.
The UniBolt’s simple, yet effective design, enables cable management system installation times to be reduced by as much as 80%, featuring: • Universal head • Bespoke thread • Serration and domed safety end QuickFix Trunking Systems are IP4X compliant as standard - no need to order additional components. Cover straps are only required for Length to Length joins and are supplied with QuickFix trunking lengths. QuickFix Trunking range includes sizes up to and including TK99. For trunking sizes greater than TK99, alternative lid options, and/or multiple material configurations, please contact your local Unitrunk branch for details.

Flat Elbows (FE) are designed to create fixed angular coplanar connections between horizontal cable runs (cable ladder installed in horizontal plane) and between vertical cable runs (cable ladder installed in vertical plane). FLAT ELBOWS SECTION 02: QUICKFIX MULTI- COMPARTMENT TRUNKING SYSTEMS With Multi-Compartment Trunking, dividing fillets are normally supplied spot welded in position, but can also be supplied loose for fixing on-site by drilling and screwing. Spot welds can be treated with Norgalv paint as an extra on request. Purpose-made trunking can be supplied with conduit entries at pre-determined regular intervals in sides and in dividing fillets.
When trunking is mounted vertically or in the inverted position it is recommended that Cable Supports are fitted. Bends, Tees, Intersections, etc. are be supplied complete with Dividing Fillets. Tees with Top Lids and Intersection Boxes are supplied with fitted Cross-over Bridges. Example Tee and Bend assemblies with unequal
compartments are shown in this section. Three, four or more compartment trunking is available.
