AZ-CG – Universal gel box with connectors The universal gel box combines the advantages of a traditional box with the well-known cast

resin Cellpack technology. Complex connections in a very small volume can be completed with this universal box. The system guarantees a waterproof connection and protection from condensation risks. Contents 250ml two component, two chamber bags hydrocarbon CG resin, box with membrane entries, 5 pole connectors, 12 x cable retaining rings, funnel, emery cloth and fitting instructions. Characteristics • Practical connection and branch box with 13 membrane entries • 5 pole connectors 0.5 – 2.5 mm² • Isocyanate and silicone free • Not harmful to the environment • High flexibility due to removable resin • Translucent before and after curing • Cable retaining rings for additional stabilisation of the cable • Withstands long term exposure to moisture • IP54 box rating • IP68 when complete with resin

Application • For outdoor and indoor applications (also with high humidity levels) • Underground Voltage 230 / 400 V. Test standards DIN EN 50393 (corresponds to VDE 0278) . Storage conditions / Shelf life Cast resin up to 24 months.
