Explanation of symbols

Luminaire with limited surface temperature according to EN60598-2-24 (max 90°C at the top during normal operation) Suitable for direct mounting on normally flammable surfaces

Intended for use indoors, outdoors or both

Class I: Luminaire is fully insulated and equipped with earth connection.

Temperature-protected devices 110°C/120°C.

The device is suitable for installing on or in furniture which is made from materials with unknown flam mability properties.

Class II: Luminaire is double insulated. Connection to earthed sockets, via Euro plug.

Electrical

Class III: Luminaire for connection to safety extra low voltage. Separate transformer required.
