One of the main decision we have taken in the LUTEC organisation is to break down the walls between of each department to inprove product stratergy. This brings a culture of flowing communication between the services where everybody has a positive role to play in all projects. It works because we consider that we are all concerned in the success of a product.

Unlike many manufacturers in this sector, LUTEC keep significant levels of completed stock which is packaged and ready to ship. This is in addition to our stock process flow, feeding our satellite distribution centres in Europe and elsewhere around the World. Our aim is to reduce the lead time wherever possible on key products.

ECW European Central Warehouse Bornem - Belgium

Since 2014, the European Central Warehouse is fully operational. This warehouse located in Belgium, centrally situated in Europe with an average lead time of 7 days for most shipments within Europe, LUTEC products are always within reasonable reach. We offer different transport options: direct shipment, cross docking or pick-up, in co-operation with each territory. The ECW product portfolio now contains 200 sku’s.

Now, we’ve also the possibility to assure different value adding trade marketing services in the ECW.
