Lower Essex Street, Birmingham, B5 Set to comprise 627 Built-to-Rent apartments across three buildings, Lower Essex Street is a new residential development by The Galliard Apsley Partnership. In addition, the site is set to present circa 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial space as well as residents' amenities, including a clubhouse, roof garden and courtyards.
