Accessories Filters

Levello offers a comprehensive range of beam shaping and colour rending accessories, all of which can be fitted at the point of installation or retrofitted without the use of tools. We have selected a range of filters categorised into; Louvres & Lenses; Technical Filters and Colour Filters. In Applications where Lenses, Louvres or Colour Filters are required, please select from either the LOW PROFILE, DEEP PLUS or DIRECTIONAL PLUS ranges. Please note the DEEP and DIRECTIONAL ranges will not accept accessories. For ease of understanding, the lenses and filters are described in units of module height. The table below shows how many modules each light fitting can accommodate. All lenses and filters are 1 module high with the exception of the 45° honeycomb louvre.

Louvres reduce glare and spill light for a cleaner effect and appearance, Beam Shaping Lenses can be used to modify a beam shape either by elongating a round beam into an oval beam with a Linear lens; or breaking up the image of a light source by using a prismatic lens; or uniformly softening a hard edged beam and enlarging its dimensions with a Softening Diffusion Lens. Technical Filters

These enable the colour temperature of a lamp or light source to be modified as indicated below, giving designers the ability to match one light source to another or to reduce the difference between adjacent areas. CT Orange filters warm the tone of high colour temperature light sources making a warmer more social environment. While CT Blue filters freshen and cool the warmer tone of low colour temperature light sources. Eighth and Quarter CT Blue will reduce any obvious red tone, while Half CT Blue shifts a warm reddish tone creating a neutral white environment. Full CT Blue will create a noticeable daylight tone / effect.
