How do we produce products that are the easiest to install for contractors?

Trade shows & events Trade shows and events yield a high volume of feedback, highlighting universal issues and offering insight into the essential feature and benefit requirements.

Focus group sessions These sessions offer more focused discussions with ample time to address issues, gather a high volume of data, and select specific contractors for products.

On-site install This enables us to see the existing work arounds, areas of opportunity the contractors may not have realised, and demonstrates the real-time implications of issues.

Prototype & concept review We collaborate with contractors to refine designs, utilising in-house 3D printing for multiple iterations, and ensure the product is perfected before starting mass production.
