Permanent live and earth provision to simplify emergency wiring

The additional terminal on the driver allows loop through wiring of 4 core cable, providing a dedicated terminal for the permanent live when wiring a circuit that consists of both emergency and non-emergency. Saving time, and avoiding the requirement for additional connectors and accessories.
