Adding Devices

Step 1. Put the product you’re trying to connect into pairing mode, the instruction manual will specify on how to do this. For the below example, the Hamilton Wi-Fi Master Rotary LED Dimmer has been used. Each device will stay in pairing mode for up to 3 minutes before being timed out. If this occurs you’ll need to put the device back into pairing mode.

Step 3. The app may prompt you to en able Bluetooth, this will activate proximity setup. Once enabled, the dimmer should appear at the top under Discovering Devic es. If present, select Add. NOTE: If you’re out of Bluetooth range, select the device from “Add Manually“ below. Step 5. The Wi-Fi product will begin pairing to the Wi-Fi network which should take around 15 seconds. A green tick will appear at the top of the icon to indicate that pairing was successful.

Step 2. If this is the first device being added to the appli cation there will be an “Add Device” button in the cen tre, select this. Alternatively, there will be a + symbol in the top right.

Step 4. Select the correct Wi-Fi network, in put the password then select Next.

Step 7. Once the device(s) have all paired to the network, select Done. The app will return to the Home page showing the paired devices.

Step 6. (Optional) You can change the name of this device to reflect the circuit it’s controlling by selecting the pencil icon on the right. The name can also be changed at a later date in the device settings.
