Mx Pro 5 Addressable Panels

Mx Pro 5 is Advanced’s highest performance, analogue addressable fire alarm control panel and is approved to EN54 parts 2, 4 and 13. It is the result of decades of fire alarm and detection experience and research and development involving installers, specifiers, consultants and end users across the world. Mx Pro 5 has been designed to offer more power and performance in a user-friendly enclosure. It packs more configuration, display, status and control options into its interface as standard than any other Advanced fire panel, which means less time and expense customising a system with peripherals. Mx Pro 5 is also compatible with AlarmCalm, the fire alarm false management solution from Advanced. • 1, 2, 4 or 8 Loop formats. • Up to 2000 fire detection zones. • True peer to peer networking. • 5000 event log entries. • 201 Programmable false alarm management areas per panel. • Up to 254 devices per loop (Protocol Dependent). • Networkable up to 200 nodes. • Compatible with Apollo Discovery, Argus Vega, Hochiki ESP & Nittan Evolution protocols. • Programmable logo on screen. • 20 built in, fully programmable LEDs. • Backward compatible with MX Pro 4 network. Mx Pro 4 is a world proven fire panel. Built on Advanced’s well established MX-4000 platform, it’s a fire system installed in 100,000’s of locations world wide, from single panels; single loop installations to large networks. The precurser to the Mx Pro 5, it offers uncomplicated operation as standard and can be expanded with a huge range of peripherals and accessories to meet most needs and configurations. Mx Pro 4 utilises a simplified version of Advanced’s Dynamix Tools fire system software allowing easy set up and management. The AlarmCalm Button is a fully intelligent loop device that allows building occupants to acknowledge a fire alarm signal locally, for example if they believe a smoke detector has signaled an alarm because of burnt toast or water vapour from a shower. The AlarmCalm Button then extends the verification time set in the Building Area by a specified amount, giving time for any transient signal to clear. AlarmCalm Buttons are loop-powered and can be placed at any required address on the loop. On activation the Button starts a pre- programmed 2nd Stage Time. • 20 built-in, fully programmable LED’s. • AlarmCalm, the fire alarm false alarm management solution from Advanced with 201 programmable false alarm management areas per panel. • Complete device history from each panel. • Timed enablement of isolated zones, input and output devices.
