The 160W/sqm is a professional fast to fit system designed to provide energy efficient floor warming in all rooms, and a full heating system in well insulated areas. This award winning electric underfloor heating mat has the additional benefit that it can be used beneath virtually any type of floor covering if covered with a levelling compound, ensuring luxurious warm floors whatever your chosen floor finish. The 200W/sqm is designed to provide sole heating in conservatories and other high loss rooms under tile or natural stone floors. Heat Mat underfloor heating insulation boards will boost energy efficiency, increase warm-up time and reduce running-costs. Thermal insulation boards are waterproof and constructed with a concrete exterior for added strength. They minimise downward heat loss and help to spread the heat evenly over the floor. The boards are suitable for nearly all sub-floors and available in 4mm, 6mm, 10mm or 20mm thicknesses. Further information: 4,6,10 or 20mm thicknesses available, made in the UK, BBA approved, all boards are 1.2 in length x 0.6m.

The 150W Combymat system is quick and easy to install, without the need for levelling compound. This system can provide sole source heating under a wide range of floor finishes including floating laminate or engineered boards and when combined with overlay boards carpet or vinyl. All Combymats need to be fitted onto 6mm foam underlay using aluminium tape to ensure heat spreads evenly across the floor.
