Ideal for exteriors and illuminating large outdoor spaces. This versatile product is also suitable for internal stairwells and where there is a requirement for well lit spaces by a high output luminaire.

Microwave sensors

Microwave sensor versions of our WL92 bulkhead create spaces that are energy efficient as the light will only activate when sensing motion nearby. This option is perfect for areas with high footfall, such as public spaces, communal corridors and staircases.

How does it work

Microwave sensors send out pulses which bounce off nearby objects and measure the reflections.

When a moving object enters the area, the sensor receives a new reflection which trips the sensor and activates the light.

BESA box mountable

Cable can run through one of two potential entry points: top and bottom, or side to side, depending on orientation of the fitting.

The cable can exit through the back of the product, concealing it and ensuring maximum aesthetic appeal.

Our bulkheads have points for screws to pass through, allowing it to easily attach to a BESA box.

Collingwood Lighting’s pre-wired emergency pack service option is available across our bulkhead range offering a flexible solution to compliment any lighting scheme. With this service, the wiring has already been completed so you don’t have to, providing peace of mind and reducing installation time.

All of our bulkheads are IP65 rated, meaning they are perfect for outdoor use.
