The Jaw Dropper’s adjustable jaws allow users to work on both the pipe union nut and the tap back nut with the same wrench In the closed position the bottom half of the jaw acts as a stop when tightening / removing the union nut When the sliding jaw is dropped, the tap back nut can be tightened without having to turn off the water supply or drain the system. The Jaw Dropper’s slim design ensures maximum accessibility

Available in three different sizes, Grip Fast is the latest innovation in water pump pliers. They automatically adjust to the required size with only having to use one hand. The patented system allows for faster safer work in confined areas without losing any of the benefits of traditional styles. Grip Fast features wide opening gripping jaws with easy grip handles and a spring resistance to automatically adjust to the gripping width

Make sure you are using the correct end of the wrench for your particular application. It should be a snug fit on the fitting being worked on. If it is a loose fit with too much movement then the other end of the wrench should be tried
