In the event of covered defect or malfunction Ansell will provide on-site repair or replacement service at no additional cost. An Ansell approved contractor will travel to your premises and repair or replace a product on site, or you can use your own electrician and we will pay the contractor directly, subject to an approved estimate, terms and conditions apply.
